In order to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone at SKAN-PARK, some rules must be observed.
Key safe
After closing the key safe (when removing or returning keys), the numerical code must be adjusted for security reasons.
Damages on arrival
Damage in the suite or on the terrace, which you have noticed on the day of arrival, must be reported immediately by email (please add a photo) or in urgent matters by telephone. Email: kontakt@skan-park.de / Phone: (+49) 0176 77889787
Parking
Parking is available free of charge in the parking lots of the vacation home complex on the neighboring property (Am Hafen 7).
Charging e-cars
Charging e-cars at the cottage sockets is prohibited.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings of SKAN-PARK. When smoking outside, please be considerate of other guests. An ashtray is located on the privacy screen on the terrace.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the suites.
Internet Use
The lessor excludes any liability in connection with the lessee’s use of the internet.
Windows & Patio doors
To keep a good indoor climate and to avoid the formation of mold, rooms should be ventilated regularly, especially after showering. All patio doors must be closed before leaving the house.
Shower
After showering, remove the glass shower enclosure and wipe the fitting dry. To avoid unpleasant smells in the bathroom, the shower trap (= shower drain) should be regularly filled with water (e.g. by taking a shower or pouring in a glass of water).
Towels
Shower towels and towels from linen package cannot be used at the beach.
Bicycle storage
Bicycles and e-bikes can be locked in the bicycle garage behind the Arche building. The key for this is on the key ring.
Garbage
Garbage is separated into paper/cardboard (blue garbage can), plastic (yellow garbage can), glass (container), organic waste (brown garbage can in the silver garbage can cooler) and residual waste (green garbage can). It must be disposed of accordingly at the waste disposal site behind the Arche building.
Barbecue
Open fires are prohibited on the entire SKAN-PARK area. Barbecue is allowed on the terrace. The barbecue must be cleaned after use. The ash bin is located on the terrace. Do not throw hot ashes into the garbage can!
Periods of Rest
Resting periods from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. must be observed on the entire SKAN-PARK area.
Damage during the stay
In order to keep consequential damage and impairments as low as possible, damage that occurs during your stay at SKAN-PARK must be reported by email or in urgent matters by telephone.

Departure
All items must be put back in their original place. The dishwasher must be emptied. The dishes and kitchen utensils must be placed in the cupboards in a clean condition. Garbage must be disposed of accordingly. The beds must be stripped. The patio doors must be closed. The air conditioning must be switched off. The room thermostats must be turned to star in all rooms. The suite must be locked. The two sets of keys must be returned to the key safe before departure and the numerical code must be changed.
